Who I am

This site is the personal website of Emilio Potenza (the "data controller" for the purposes of the GDPR). You can reach me through the contact form on this site.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, message) is used solely to reply to you. Submissions are delivered to my mailbox by an email provider and are not stored in any database on this site. An anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may process technical data such as your IP address to distinguish humans from bots.

Analytics

By default this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-preserving measurement tool: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you and does not track you across sites.

Only if you explicitly accept the consent banner, Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) may be enabled to help me understand which content is useful. Until you accept, no Google script is loaded. You can decline with one click and the site works identically.

Error monitoring

If enabled and only after consent, Sentry may collect technical error reports (browser type, page, stack trace) to help me fix bugs. These reports are not used for advertising.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) in server logs for security and delivery purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, write to me through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
